Lee Mandel is an entrepreneur, technologist, consultant, software developer,

school safety & security advocate, security public speaker, investor, and the founder and previous CEO of IntraLogic Solutions.

“A serial entrepreneur” at heart, Lee is the CEO and founder of multiple companies across a variety of industries, including Blue Flame Partners, LSN International, LSN Realty, Lee Mandel Consulting, and Tail Lights Yacht.

During his time as the CEO of IntraLogic, Mandel developed the One-Button Lockdown software, a state-of-the-art security system that enables administrators to fully automate a successful and safe lockdown process with the push of a button. Under his leadership, IntraLogic was successfully acquired by private equity and was listed an astounding six times on the Inc. 5,000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies.

In 2018, Mandel was invited to Parkland, Florida, to meet with parents, school officials, and law enforcement professionals to discuss further methods for reducing incidents of violence and protecting students across America. He now leads an industry-wide effort to donate new technologies and expertise annually to school districts nationwide.

Following his success at IntraLogic, Mandel has now moved towards new enterprises and the consulting space where he shares the extraordinary value of his vast network, industry expertise, and exceptional vision with others to help them develop their ideas, invest in their businesses, and make a lasting impact through strategic investment, consultation, and more.

Mandel is the recipient of the New York ICON and the 40 Under 40 Business Leaders Awards. His long-standing charitable work supports multiple non-profit initiatives around the globe.

A resident of Florida & New York, Mandel grew up in Long Island, NY, graduating from Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He now lives with his wife in Florida, New York, and the ocean.
